The Venta Del Baron extra virgin olive oil from Mueloliva comes from the region of Priega de Cordoba, Andalucia, Spain.

The oil is a strong aromatic blend of Hojiblanca and Picuda olives. Its taste is very green with a peppery feel and slight bitterness due to its high polyphenol content.

It goes very well with a fresh green salad or tomato salad. It significantly enhances the taste of a tabboulah.

The oill has also been consistently the First Prize winner of World's Best Olive Oils General Category
