To make Halos Selection natural sea salt, salt water moves through various pools of lesser depths increasing its sea salt saturation. The final step involves a natural evaporation process that yields solid salt crystals that are collected and stacked. The crystals are then transported to Dos Hermanas in Sevilla, Andalucia, Spain where they are cleaned and packaged

The result is a selection of wonderfully selected natural sea salt and natural sea salt with 100% natural flavors
