Oro Del Desierto - Organic Balsamic Vinegar

This full of taste balsamic vinegar is aged 5 yrs and made from organic red grapes from Spain. 

The  process begins with the selection of the ripest and best quality organic  grapes, chosen not only for their richness in sugars, but also by their  content of aromatic esters. The grape must is then made which  rests for a long time in American and French oak barrels and in well  equipped cellars. (Fermentation and Oxidation)

It is characterized by a slight sweet feel and enhances any dressing.
It goes very well with tomato or lettuce salads and also as a marinade for poultry and fish.
